What are the payment options?
We offer several method of payments which include Card, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
What is your replacement policy?
We have a 14 day replacement policy for each product purchased in the rare case they break. We offer a free replacement on the following… Damaged during shipment (we require a picture verification of the broken pieces within 24 hours of delivery), Pieces broke off (this will only be valid if there isn’t any other signs of mishandling of the product), Metal/Plastic flat post fell off.
We unfortunately do not cover any of the following.. Mishandling/Misuse of our products, Damage done by a child or pet, Jewelry not cared for or stored properly.
Each product is handmade with love by me, please be mindful and take care of your jewelry as we want you to enjoy them as much as possible!
What is your return/exchange policy?
Refunds and/or Exchanges are not supported at this moment but we do offer replacements of the same item within our 14 day replacement policy from when the item was ordered. If you have any issues or concerns at all please contact us so we can fix it right away.
What is your production and shipping time.
As each piece is handmade with love and care. Our current production time is 5-7 business days depending on the order. We currently ship through USPS which can take about 3-5 days depending on your shipping address within the USA. We do not currently ship international.
Do you offer free shipping?
We are currently offering free shipping on orders of $50 or more in the USA, all orders below $50 are a flat rate of $4 shipping.
